Grant Request Overview

At Hologic, we believe support of medical education grants, investigator-initiated trials (IITs) and charitable initiatives contribute to our mission of enabling heathier lives everywhere, every day.  Hologic aims to support requests that align with our giving goals. 

Please note that we receive many requests annually, and as a result of finite resources, not every request will receive support. 

All support from Hologic is provided in accordance with AdvaMed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Hologic corporate and divisional policies, and applicable federal and local laws. 

Eligible Support Requests 

• Corporate giving and outreach to non-profit programs and initiatives located in communities where our company maintains an office or established business presence 
• Clinical studies / IITs
• Educational events including symposia, grand rounds, etc. 
• Publication support 

Non-eligible Support Requests 

• HCP travel or attendance for third-party meetings 
• Meetings for HCPs when there is not a structured agenda, educational goals or CME/CEU credits 
• Advertising, marketing, promotion, or purchase of advertisements 
• Purchase of Hologic equipment or any medical equipment 
• Restricted grants 
• Programming hosted in venues that are not conducive to learning  

When submitting requests, please consider the following requirements: 

• US organizations must be a non-profit 501c(3), unless the request is for a CME or CEU accredited program 
• International organizations must be equivalent to a non-profit and must apply using the Corporate Giving form 
• Requests for a particular initiative must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the start date 
• Post-dated events will not be considered
